But it’s something.
The other evening I was driving and about to OD on Christmas music. Every single station on my presets was playing it. Finally, the very last station on the second set of FM presets was playing 80s music.
But the artist they were playing?
Madonna.
That gave me a chuckle.
but the madonna you were listening to is not quite like the other madonna often referenced during christmastime… though she’d like to be.
i mean, goodness, she sang a song about being touched like one.
Kind of like seeing Britney Spears on GMA this morning (nice thing to wake up to). Her new CD is called “Circus” which is fitting to her life. Then they pan to the crowd and her two young sons. Gosh, they must be SO proud of their mama.
